Things to Know Before You Visit the Spa
Yes, the wellness center and spa treatments are open to non-hotel guests by reservation, subject to availability.
We recommend that you book your treatments in advance of your visit, either at the front desk or by calling 02 98 27 86 44, to ensure you get your preferred time slot.
The heated outdoor pool is open to all hotel and spa guests. The indoor pool is reserved for the Amara Spa and is accessible by reservation only.
The wellness area is reserved for guests 16 years of age and older. Certain treatments are not recommended during pregnancy—our team will be happy to advise you.
Swimsuits are required at the pool; bathrobes, slippers, and towels are provided. Swim caps are available at the spa reception desk.

Access to the Amara Spa is generally restricted to adults in order to maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere. However, children may be admitted with parental permission and must be accompanied by a parent at all times during their visit.
Treatments include individual or couples’ sessions provided by our practitioners (treatments, massages, etc.) for a relaxing getaway.
Access to the sensory pool, meanwhile, allows you to freely enjoy the facilities at the Amara Spa (sauna, steam room, salt cave, cold water bucket, sensory shower, and snow shower) as well as its pool equipped with various marine jets for a period of 2 hours.
