Cédric Moreau
Born in Brest, Cédric Moreau took over the family restaurant in early 2018 with his brother Vivien. He is constantly striving to showcase the region’s local produce.
Trained in Nantes at L’Océanide and at L’Océan in Le Croisic, he knows where to find the finest ingredients from the land and, above all, the sea—which he loves to prepare and present on his guests’ plates.

Fresh Local Produce
Discover our seafood platters, spiny lobsters, Breton lobsters, fish, and shellfish—all exceptionally rich in iodine. These products come from local fisheries and are exceptionally fresh.
Short supply chains
We work with the Henry fish farms and Alain Melenec’s fish market in Camaret-sur-Mer. Fish caught that very morning are prepared by the chef and featured directly on the menu.
